Shopify Developer (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RUBY) for a Shopify Plus store - Freelance work c

We are a young comany in Germany running a dropshipping store for Germany, Austria and Switzerland focused on gadgets etc.
Our shop is made on Shopify: Upgrade to see actual info

Currently we are in discussions with Shopify and we will switch to Shopify Plus.
So there we will have a manager directly from Shopify who will tell us all changes that should be made etc. in terms of design to improve conversion, AOV etc.

Therefore we are looking for a reliable freelance developer who is experienced with Shopify (liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and RUBY to write Shopify scripts).

If you think you will fit to this, please let me know and tell me how much you charge per hr (honestly).
Please give us some examples of shops you worked on previously so we can see your work.
We are looking for a long term cooperation.
