Do you have an eye for detail with a proven track record designing high converting custom websites? Do understand the elements of design that turn website visitors into paying customers? Do you understand key design principles to successfully design websites that can be easily converted to a custom website theme?

If successfully chosen, you'll find yourself as part of a rapidly growing digital marketing agency in Australia working remotely on some amazing projects with the opportunity to stamp your creative mark on leading Australian businesses. Your knowledge on design principles that contribute to sales and conversions will be key to driving the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns

We specialise in high converting websites, landing pages & SEO / PPC campaigns and on average our clients generate between 1 and 2 leads for every 10 visitors to their website. Primarily you'll be designing a combination of websites, landing pages and banner adverts for small to medium businesses, hotels and resorts & e-commerce stores based in Australia.

We work with a diverse range of clients / industries and our customers choose to work us based on our results driven approach and history of strong performance. We pride ourselves on client results and our growth is driven by word of mouth and the success of our customers campaigns.

Your Skill Requirements:
- This position is for established designers who have worked with larger design agencies and have significant experience.
- Must have 4 years minimum experience of creating custom website designs that focus on conversions and user experience.
- Must have an understanding of how to design high converting websites & landing pages pages
- Must be highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Must be able to design websites in Adobe Illustrator.
- Must have a fantastic, highly creative, polished portfolio of web design.
- Must have experience in designing banner adverts in a variety of sizes & formats (adwords, facebook etc).
- It's advantageous if you've also designed logos, ebooks and other marketing material.

Position Requirements:
- You must be fully committed to a full time position with us and MUST NOT be working full time or part time elsewhere!
- You will work from your own location.
- You must have fast & reliable computer. (MAC or PC.)
- You must have fast & reliable internet connection.
- You must have good English speaking & writing skills.
- You must have strong communication skills with the ability to hit deadlines while working autonomously.
- You must be set up for occasional Skype calls with our team
- You must be setup and available for discussions within Slack.
- You must have a 100GB Dropbox account. ($10 per month.)

The salary for this position is up to PHP 100,000 p/month based on experience and quality of portfolio(Paid weekly via PayPal)
Depending on the quality of your designs we are open to negotiation on your final salary.

Full-Time position : Monday to Friday (8am - 4:30pm Filipino time with a 30 minute break.).

If you are successful you will start with a paid 2 week trial period to see how you design. If the quality of your designs are suitable we will offer you a permanent full time position. Your first job will be to redesign the website of Upgrade to see actual info to meet the same standards of the websites we are building for our customers.

As the sole designer of our team you will have the opportunity for future growth into the management of a team of designers as we try to build our team internally rather than outsource our design work.
