Growing Technology Company based in New York City is looking to add a third outsourced virtual assistant to our staff. This person will be responsible for the following:
Primary Duties: Executive Assistant to the CEO:
**Managing
*Scheduling / Calendaring
*CRM Management / Follow up
*Drafting/writing new
Secondary/Possible Duties (Optional, not Mandatory):
*Ability to do Graphic Design and Flyer Creation (Photoshop)
*Ability to create Presentations in both Powerpoint and Prezi
*Backup Reception Duties (when our in-house receptionist needs help)
For this you must be in a quiet environment so you can take/make calls
Compensation: $650-$850 per month depending on skills/experience, with added bonuses/incentives/raises. Candidates should have at least 5 Years experience as an Executive Assistant.
