Culture Group is seeking a passionate and self-driven Graphic Designer that will be part of a small but highly productive and supportive team. He / She can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into visual assets. Our culture is fast paced, creative and disruptive. Position will report to the Director of Project Management and will be based in Manila.

Profile
• Drive and evolve the aesthetic quality of creative materials and visual styles including: websites, user interfaces, advertising campaigns, logos, video content, email campaigns, mobile, print-ready asset, and corporate branding materials
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Create engaging and effective visual design solutions that align with company objectives
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current client workload
• Assist in preparing research (industry, client, agency, etc.), proposal development and project execution
• Open-minded, pro-active, positive, self-starter that is flexible is a must

Requirements
• Degree in graphic or web design
• Strong layout, typography and design skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Detail oriented and has a very good eye for aesthetic
• Ability to multi-task
• Has an advanced understanding of various cultures and design languages
