JOB OVERVIEW

AwayTeam is URGENTLY in need of a long-term, talented, dedicated, skilled and Director's Assistant and Team Leader with strong background and experience being a TEAM LEADER.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Project manage our current VA team... Mostly who are in India.
- Project manage the digital marketing services we perform for clients and ourselves so Cameron can focus on the growth of the coaching side of his business and spend less time in front of the computer
- Follow up qualified leads with phone calls.
- Appointment setting for our Director.
- Pre Qualify Leads who request a Free Strategy Session from a webinar
- Follow up leads from Webinars
- Prepare Webinar power points presentations when needed.
- Provide Infusionsoft service work for client projects. Provide landing pages using things like clickfunnels or lead pages as part of this. Copywriting will be supplied or use a freelancer
- Find freelancers when we need them to bring them in for jobs like Copywriting on sites like Upwork or to add to the team on a permanent basis
- Upload Weekly Podcast Episodes to our Podcast Site. Create detailed show notes and description. Optimize these podcast pages for SEO
- When needed transcribe podcast and edit to create a LinkedIn article
- Direct outreach to our vertical markets introducing our key services.
- Manage Clients orders/payment plans/invoices as needed inside Infusionsoft

- Infusionsoft experience is REQUIRED

WordPress for maintaining and modifications to our own sites.

Others:

The last thing I need is another VA to email and communicate to. I acknowledge there will be a month time frame of training but after that point the candidate should be freeing my time up and supporting Business Growth.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written English communications skills
- Results oriented
- Has a Can-Do attitude
- Good with dealing with numbers
- Problem solver and pays attention to details
- Solid DSL connection (wired and at least 2mbps speed)
- Reliable working computer
- Available and willing to work full-time between 7AM-4PM (Philippine time)

Compensation:

* Compensation is based on experience
