Full Stack Developer PHP/Codeigniter/Laravel/Yii

We have a base crm we purchased on code canyon it is based on codeigniter code. We need it converted over to Laravel as a first step. The CRM will need to be highly customized. Looking for a long term partner to develop this and other softwares. Please provide prior web application development samples including resume.
