Programmer to create a bot/script to trade stocks/currencies

I am looking for a short term programmer to complete a job for me. If the work is good there will be more work in the future.

I'm looking for a script/bot that will buy currencies/stocks with certain rules, and sell them at x price as well.

One rule would be if the stock/currency goes up x% in y time, it buys it using the broker. Then I would set the percent it must go up or down in order to sell the stock/currency.

The second rule, which can be used on it's own and doesn't have to be used with the first rule, is if a stock/currency drops x%, then it automatically buys it, then sells it at y%.
