Python Django Developer

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to help develop our product.

When practices are challenged with inadequate referral management, your tools help patients to progress quickly with the exceptional care they need.

What will you do at Treatspace?
> Collaborate with other developers and the rest of the team to deliver a compelling platform and product
> Create automated unit, regression, integration, and functional tests
> Refactor and optimize code using best practices in regards to efficiency and style
> Work with the Customer Success in identifying issues within the web application and fixing them

What are we looking for? (Basic Qualifications)
> BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, and/or 2+ years of related practical experience
> 3+ years’ experience programming experience in Python/Django framework
> 3+ years’ experience in databases like MySQL, optimizing DB performance and building relational databases

What will help you succeed here? (Preferred Qualifications)
> API Design and Development experience, particularly RESTful Services
> Experience in using relational databases, nosql databases and optimizing for read and write access.
> Strong object-oriented programming skills with good understanding of data structures and algorithms
> Experience in Git or other version control tools
> Familiarity with Jenkins, JIRA, or other continuous integration tools
> Experience in writing and refactoring code to be easily unit-testable and is well documented
> Excellent debugging and root-cause analysis skills
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:
> Experience with Selenium or any other test automation tools
> Experience with developing JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS
> Web server technologies like Upgrade to see actual info, Apache, Nginx etc.
> Experience, passion or interest in the healthcare field is a plus. Clinical or administrative experience
