Full time - rock star Accountant Wanted for rapidly growing Software Company

Our fast and growing U.S and India based software development company is rapidly expanding and we need bright experienced individuals to complement our team. We are hiring a full-time Accountant to assist with and manage various accounting and operations functions.

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:
• 2+ Years of experience with Accounting, Payroll, AP
• Familiarity with US GAAP standards
• Exceptional written and verbal English
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Experience managing Accounts Payable (“AP”)
• A self-starter that is aggressive at completing deadlines and going above and beyond
• Ability to overlap some US times to make AP collections calls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Financial modeling and forecasting

Working requirements:
• Home Computer with WINDOWS Operating System, Microsoft Office Applications (Word & Excel), Mozilla or Google Chrome web browser
• Fast and Stable Internet connection with a minimum speed of 5+ mbps (DSL/ Broadband). Must have a backup connection.
• Noise-cancelling headset with microphone and webcam
• Quiet working environment
• This role will also include daily and weekly operational tasks and reporting in addition to some research

This is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week. You will interface directly with our management team, sales team, lead accountant and project managers daily. We are looking for someone reliable and hardworking who can (1) follow training we provide, follow through with accuracy and (2) be creative and come up with solutions to problems. We will provide some training, but a willingness to learn, knowledge of excel, and a strong grasp of the English language are important.
