Well established E-Commerce company in search of a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our portfolio companie,
The order process requires that the CSR reviews the order sent by the customer, answer questions about the ordering process, and takes ownership of each order from start to finish.
Below is a detailed summary of the role:
- Oversee the order process from order confirmation to order completion.
- Provide customer service via live chat, phone calls, and
- Day to day invoicing.
- Manage regular weekly online store
- Social Media marketing
- Educating and Qualifying new customers by phone
- Following up on calls, taking orders over the phone
- Out bound sales call and out reach to potential clients.
- Upload inventory and assist in ongoing projects.
- Must be a fast learner.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of ecommerce customer service experience
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Proven leadership skills of ecommerce / online projects
- Must possess excellent organization/prioritization, problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented.
- Excellent command of North American English (written and verbal).
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, & InDesign is a plus.
- Must Work US business hours.
