AI Outbound Agent Expert for GoHighLevel Setup — Voice AI, Automations, CRM, Appointment Setting

We are looking for an experienced AI Outbound Agent / AI Voice Agent Setup Specialist to help build and optimise AI-powered outbound appointment-setting systems for an Australian psychology and mental health business.

This role is for someone who understands how to set up AI agents, outbound calling systems, CRM workflows, automations, lead routing, call summaries, appointment booking, and follow-up systems.

The AI agents will be used to support referral-development outreach to professional organisations such as:

NDIS Support Coordinators
Plan Managers
WorkCover rehabilitation providers
Return-to-work coordinators
GPs
Psychiatrists
Allied health providers
Schools
Lawyers
Community organisations
Disability providers
Aged-care providers

The goal is to compare and optimise human vs AI outbound appointment setting inside a GoHighLevel-based referral development system.

Main Responsibilities

You will help design, build, test, and optimise AI outbound systems, including:

Setting up AI outbound calling agents
Connecting AI agents with GoHighLevel / GHL
Creating AI call scripts and conversation flows
Designing prompts for professional referral partner outreach
Setting up lead lists and call campaigns
Configuring appointment-booking logic
Creating CRM workflows based on AI call outcomes
Setting up call summaries and automatic CRM notes
Creating follow-up email and SMS automations
Creating tags, opportunities, tasks, and pipeline movements inside GHL
Testing AI call quality
Improving AI agent prompts based on call outcomes
Comparing AI performance with human telemarketers
Helping build reporting dashboards
Troubleshooting technical issues
Documenting the setup so it can be repeated and improved
Required Skills
