Airbnb VA — Listing Optimization, Reports & Guest Experience

Revere Estates is a growing short-term rental and furnished rental management company. We manage Airbnb and vacation rental properties and are expanding our portfolio.

We are looking for a detail-oriented VA to help review listings, improve guest experience, track property performance, and prepare clear reports for property owners.

This is a long-term role with room to grow.

Training and SOPs will be provided. Experience with Airbnb, Guesty, PriceLabs, Vrbo, hospitality, reporting, or property management is a strong plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Main Tasks
Review Airbnb and vacation rental listings
Suggest improvements to photos, titles, descriptions, and amenities
Track occupancy, revenue, reviews, and guest feedback
Help prepare monthly owner reports
Review pricing and calendar issues
Identify ways to improve guest experience
Create clear notes and recommendations for the team
Help owners understand how their property is performing
Required
Strong written English
Very detail-oriented
Comfortable with Google Sheets
Able to write professional updates
Good at noticing patterns and problems
Comfortable learning new software
Reliable with deadlines
Available with some overlap during California business hours
