***Project manager or Executive Assistant experience for digital marketing/agency space (or similar) is highly preferred.




Project manager/Executive Assistant needed for a marketing company.

What you'll do:
I need of a highly skilled Executive assistant/Project Manager to help in my Digital Marketing Company. Most of our work resides around web development and the ideal candidate will have a high level of organizational and project management skills. The person needs to be highly educated, excellent at technology and can pick up new technology well, is highly organized, has deep and expert knowledge of ClickUp and helpful if very familiar with using various versions of AI.

This person will be in charge of keeping my schedule, keeping me on task and can fully track and maintain several client deliverables, onboarding, team tasks and ongoing project workflows.

In addition to being my personal assistant, they also need to be able to Project manage the projects we have going. This includes tracking all tasks and phases of deliverables we need for each client and project we do and ensure we stay on top of all deliverables.

They should know Dubsado well as it's the CRM we use and they will use it for invoicing, client management, workflow management.

They would also oversee and work with a social media manager to ensure she remains on task with her responsibilities.

Here are some skills/tasks:

Tasks:
-Over see ticket/ website updates request to our Engineer and tech support
-Maintain, update, track and expand our use of Clickup
-Manage my todos and keep me on task
-Manage your own todos and keep on task
-Add team todos and keep on task
-In clickup we have our SMART GOALS we needed to track that
-Revenue generating client projects and tasks
-Learn Dubsado to help with contracting
-Invoicing
-Tracks revenue projects and billing for those projects if confirmed
-Oversee Social Media manager
-Build Social Media quarterly report with team using AI
-Oversee Client Social media topic plan
-Follow up with clients regularly to keep them on track
-Advance projects from one stage to the next


Executive Assistant:
-Tracks all of Sharon's activities and keep her on task
-Keeps her on track with all high priority activities and responsibilities
-Knowledge of project stages and upcoming responsibilities
-Excellent at multi-tasking and can stay on top of various tasks at once










Details:
-Work from home
-$5/hour
-30 hours/week
-Mon-Fri U.S. time
-Around 9am-3pm Central (10pm-4am Philippines time). 6 hours of paid work, break as needed.
-Opportunities for full time based on performance
