ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, digitally fluent Marketing & Content Coordinator to help MindSeed grow its presence and connect with the communities we serve. You will be responsible for producing compelling content — e-newsletters, social media, flyers, outreach materials — and using AI tools to do it efficiently and at a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong writing ability with an eye for design, understands how to communicate with sensitivity in a mental health context, and is excited about leveraging AI to work smarter. You will play a direct role in shaping MindSeed's brand as we scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Social Media
Create, write, and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Produce e-newsletters using Brevo — from writing and design to scheduling and distribution
Design flyers, graphics, and promotional materials using Canva
Repurpose existing content across formats (blog posts, social snippets, email campaigns)
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
AI-Assisted Marketing
Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to research, draft, and refine content efficiently
Use AI to support outreach copy, campaign ideation, and SEO keyword research
Stay current on AI tools relevant to marketing and proactively suggest improvements
Outreach & Growth
Support community outreach, referral partnerships, and networking initiatives
Research potential partner organizations, referral sources, and community events
Prepare pitch decks, one-pagers, and presentations for business development
Track outreach activity and maintain a contact/partner database
Website & SEO
Make content updates to the MindSeed website on Squarespace (no coding required)
Upload blog posts, program pages, and landing content
Assist with basic SEO — keyword implementation, meta descriptions, and content structure

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years in marketing, content creation, communications, or a related role
Exceptional written English — compelling, clear, and sensitive to a mental health audience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Psychology, Health Sciences, or a related field
Hands-on experience with AI writing and productivity tools
Proficiency with Canva for design and visual content
Experience with email marketing platforms (Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar)
Solid understanding of social media strategy and content best practices
Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Detail-oriented with a genuine eye for quality and consistency
Strong ethical standards and willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends based on campaign needs

ASSETS (NICE TO HAVE)
Background in health, psychology, or communications — ideally with experience writing for a mental health or healthcare audience
Understanding of trauma-informed communication principles
Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ubersuggest, Semrush, or similar)
Familiarity with analytics — reviewing what content performs and why
Experience with any of the following:
Squarespace (website management)
Brevo (email marketing)
Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite (social scheduling)
Google Analytics or Search Console

WHY JOIN MINDSEED

Fully remote role with real creative ownership and latitude
Opportunity to build and lead the marketing function as the organization grows
Collaborative, supportive environment where fresh ideas are welcomed
Competitive compensation for a remote role: $1,200–$1,500 USD/month
