Founded by Deidra Jackson, Hermanylives blends storytelling, speaking, workshops, digital content, and community building to create meaningful impact and connection.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, emotionally intelligent, proactive virtual assistant based in the Philippines to support platform operations, audience engagement, scheduling, content coordination, and client follow-up. This person will help create operational consistency while supporting the growth of the Hermanylives brand.
Core Responsibilities
• Manage inbound email inquiries, DMs, and discovery call coordination
• Maintain outreach tracker, CRM, and contact lists; ensure leads and opportunities are actively tracked and nurtured
• Support social media scheduling and light content repurposing
• Coordinate calendars, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
• Upload and organize content across platforms
• Assist with event logistics, podcast preparation, and speaking coordination
• Support workshop/cohort communication and participant management
• Maintain organized folders, systems, and operational workflows
Ideal Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Comfort using Canva, Google Workspace, Calendly, social media platforms, and email marketing systems
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Professional, warm, and emotionally intelligent communication style
• Experience supporting founders, coaches, speakers, or personal brands preferred
• Bonus: Basic video editing or social media clipping experience
Primary Hiring Objective
Find a long-term operational partner who can grow with Her Many Lives and help create structure, consistency, responsiveness, and community engagement while Deidra focuses on visibility, speaking, partnerships, sales, and strategic growth. A go-getter working 20 hours per week initially.
