CPA with USA TAX experience

I am looking for a CPA with at least 5 years of experience. Must have vast knowledge on USA TAX preparation and regulations. Must know QuickBooks, especially the Desktop version. Must also be proficient with Excel.
Must be able to fluently, write and speak English. Must be familiar with USA taxes and payroll.
This is a full time, long term position in our Bookkeeping Department.
