WordPress Developer (Full-Stack + DevOps Support)

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with DevOps experience to
support website development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance across
multiple client projects.

This role goes beyond building websites — you will also be responsible
for hosting, performance optimization, security setting, deployments, and technical
troubleshooting.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and able to take
ownership of technical execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites (Elementor, custom themes,
WooCommerce)
- Convert Figma designs into responsive websites
- Manage website deployments, migrations, and staging environments
- Handle hosting setup, DNS configuration, and domain management
- Optimize website performance (Core Web Vitals, page speed)
- Troubleshoot bugs, plugin conflicts, and server-related issues
- Maintain website security, backups, and updates
- Work closely with designers and project managers to deliver projects
on time
- Support technical QA and pre-launch checks
- Document processes and technical setups

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in WordPress development, including hands-on experience across the qualifications listed below
- Strong experience with Elementor (required)
- Strong coding skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with hosting environments (WHM, cPanel, Plesk or WPEngine)
- Experience with DNS, domain setup, SSL configuration
- Experience with website migrations and backups
- Strong understanding of Website performance optimization, Security best practices
- Experience working with remote teams
- Ability to work during PST hours starting at 9:00AM PST
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a high level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity

Preferred (Strong Advantage)
- Experience with Git / GitHub (version control)
- Experience with Cloudflare or CDN setup
- Familiarity with VPS environments (AWS, DigitalOcean)
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD workflows
- Experience with automation tools or scripts
- Experience working with US-based agencies or clients
