VA for Shopify Website - $400/month, Full-Time

Job Description:
•You will be managing a Shopify website and responsible for generating traffic to the site.

Salary:
• $400/month via Paypal (Bi-Weekly $200 Payments)

Hours:
• Full-time (40hrs/wk/month-long).
• 1-month trial.
• Followed by a 3-month probation period.
• Followed by 1-year employment w/merit increase and annual renewal of employment.

To qualify:
• Please email some live website examples that you've done work for.
• List what activities you did for your previous employer.
• Send a link of some of your creative skills using canva.com or Photoshop for Facebook/Instagram.

Every day you will do:

Digital Advertising
• Manage the Facebook ads, promote products, and manage/grow the fan page.
• Manage the Instagram ads, promote products, and manage/grow the fan page.
• Use a provided Canva.com and Pixabay.com account to create inspirational posts to inspire people to live a healthy and spiritual lifestyle, and direct them to related products that can help make the experience even more enjoyable.
• Use a provided email marketing campaign creation account to create various email marketing blasts to the existing subscriber list.
-Grow and manage the subscriber list.
• Add Google and Bing product listings for all products.
-Export Product lists from Oberlo App (Shopify) into Google/Bing Products
-Add SEO title & SEO product description

Customer Service
• Fulfill orders through the Oberlo app within my Shopify store’s account.
• Handle customer emails, refunds, and respond to questions.
• Be available on the chat tool.

Research & Inventory Management
• Research and add products from the Oberlo website into the Shopify store.
• Research and add products from the Salehoo website into the Shopify store.
-Add SEO title, SEO product description, add weights
-Remove watermarks from the images if it has one

Training
• Take online courses through Udemy that I load up for you to take while you are working to keep your skills current and on top of the market!

Work Hours
• 7:00AM PHT – 3:30PM PHT, which is 4:00PM PST – 12:00AM (Midnight) PST (Seattle).
• You must have your own computer and internet to work.
• You can request unpaid vacation time in advance.
• Paid Christmas and Paid Christmas Eve.
• Pay raises are on an annual basis and subject to the store’s growth.
• Bi-weekly Paypal payment to you.

Weekly Performance Reports
• Create performance reports on your weekly efforts to drive traffic to the website for me to review during our online conference call.
• During our weekly conference call, I will also give you projects, and instructions for how to complete new projects that help to drive more traffic to the website and improve the customer experience.

I am looking for a good employee who is particularly interested in spirituality, yoga, meditation, and overall wellness so that they do not get bored of the niche and can deliver excellent insights into this lifestyle for my clients. I will give direction to help you create more online traffic. Lastly, I am looking for a professional who takes this work seriously and needs little supervision, is prompt with their work hours, and does the work needed. I will also be doing work on the site and looking at the output of work done to evaluate growth strategies.
