JOB OVERVIEW:

Our US based, real estate team (Boca Raton, FL) is looking for a reliable and multi-talented Virtual Assistant to support our growing modern real estate business. This candidate must have a combination of administrative and marketing skills and can be employed on a long-term full-time or part-time basis with bi-weekly pay. REQUIREMENTS
• Must have good spoken and written English
• Working Time 9:00AM – 5:30PM ( Part-time hours starting from 9AM); Must be able to work Monday through
Friday during the US Eastern Time Zone
• Internet connection minimum 5 mbps
• Performance Laptop (minimum 4gb RAM)
• VOIP internet phone service and equipment
• US references with verification
• Minimal to no power outage in the area
• Valid NBI Clearance
• 2 valid government IDs

SPECIFICATIONS
• Full Time position and Part-time positions available (please specify in your application)
• Payment every 2 weeks on Fridays following the pay period close (Pay-Pal available)
• $2.00/hour - $4.00/hour USD depending on experience
• 90 Day Probation Period

* Daily communication and training with our Operations Manager via Skype and Google Chat.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Real Estate Experience highly preferred (1+ year)
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Secretarial administrative skills required (email, scheduling, data entry)
Good spelling, punctuation, and grammar
Excellent English communication skills
Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, etc)
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team remotely
Candidate must be very organized and detail oriented
Social media marketing experience (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google+)
Adobe Photoshop knowledge required
Video editing is a plus

DAILY JOB DUTIES:

-Input listing details in MLS system with compelling data; Maintain status and accuracy
-Complete daily listing details and assign the appropriate plans
-Assist in gathering all appropriate documentation from sellers
-Manage online profiles, websites, and marketing material to ensure listing accuracy
-Assist with marketing duties to increase listing audience
-Maintain database with listing addresses and sellers’ information for team
-Maintain daily seller activity reports; Prepare all listing related reports
-Assist with obtaining Showing feedback on listings
-Review and complete daily checklists using Brivity Task Management tool
-Create property flyers and marketing material using tools such as Adobe Photoshop
-Create Newsletters and email blasts using Mailchimp
-Research and content creation (minimal)
-Database management - Update new client records and add to campaigns
-Social media marketing via posts on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Google+
-Email management and organization
-Other real estate related administrative duties (training provided)
