JOB OVERVIEW

Vincero Collective is a rapidly growing E - commerce watch company looking to bring on a new customer service specialist. We are looking for more than just an employee.... We are looking for an eager candidate who wants to help continue the growth of an exciting company. We are a very small team and want someone who will bring a positive and driven mindset!

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who is comfortable using Google Drive, Helpscout, Slack, Shopify, Fulfillrite, and Orderdesk. However, we are willing to train new candidates, but we require close attention to detail and the ability to learn efficiently. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to responding to customer inquiries, locating tracking information, maintaining spreadsheets and date entry, various research, and social media management.
