We are in need of an experienced Seller Central VA to help setup and maintain client Seller Central accounts.
Tasks will include:
-Setup new client accounts in Amazon Seller Central
-Answer client questions via phone or email regarding their selling account
-Create new product listings via Amazon backend interface or excel upload files.
-Ensure new listings are optimized with related keywords in the product title, bullet points and product descriptions
-Upload or update product images
-May manage client Amazon Sponsored ad campaigns based on experience.
-Monitor customer feedback for any negative feedback ratings and answer customer emails for questions about products (these are not very frequent)
-May perform additional Amazon account management related tasks as needed.
Skills:
-Amazon Seller Central experience (Vendor Central is a plus)
-Experience adding and updating new products to Seller Central
-Amazon Sponsored Ad campaign experience a plus
-Comfortable engaging with U.S. clients to answer questions about their account via email or phone (will mostly be via email)(support will be provided)
-Friendly and helpful demeanor :)
Hours: Role will start as part-time (15-20hrs per week) and may become a full-time role if desired and person is a good fit.
Pay: $3.00 hour to start ($45-$60USD/week). Pay is negotiable based on experience. May also be increased based on performance.
