This is a Customer Service position for a Amazon Dropshipping Store.
The position will be responsible for:
- Replying to customer E-mails
- Processing returns
- Understanding and using our systems
- Talk to customers on the phone occasionally - Outbound only
- Communicate efficiently with our suppliers
- Proficiently communicate with the team
- Report directly to CEO
- More responsability in the future if a good job is being conducted
