VA that will be responsible for customer support

Hi,

I'm looking for an experienced VA that can handle all aspects of customer support and also responsible for managing our Facebook page (uploading new posts, uploading product posts)
- Answering question on the online store (Shopify)
- Email support
- Phone calls with clients (which means fluent English).

Advantages:
- knowledge in customer support systems (Zendesk for example).
- Experience in eCommerce, especially Shopify.
