JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate for this position will help with day to day tasks on both internal operations, and external client work. The job will consist of the main areas highlighted below which will be talked through step by step during the on boarding process. Below are high level overviews that will evolve over time as we ramp up our efforts in capturing more business with the potential for more hands on work with clients for the candidate. That tasks are currently as follows:

***OFFICE & ADMIN***
- Appointment Setter - help with keeping two schedules up-to-date, and setting appointments for calls and meetings.
- Data Entry - work with Clarity to organize spreadsheets with current contact base and entering business cards we will send pictures of to the candidate. Data entry will also consist of various forms of marketing research we will work with the candidate to fulfill.
- Cleaning Data - Making sure leads and incoming prospect contact info is up-to-date and accurate
- Excel - basic knowledge of XL is a must, as we will be working on setting up templates and information to be added into various tools ie: (CRM, Constant Contact, etc) regularly.
- Research - We will work with the candidate and show them how we gather information and what we look for during discovery phases of our marketing process. We will also work with the candidate and show them how to operate various lead generating platforms to help build and develop a strong sales pipeline for Clarity.

***ENGLISH***
- Speaking - The candidate needs great English speaking skills as they will be the initial contact for clients and prospects to schedule calls and meetings.
- Writing - Good English business writing skills are prefered. The candidate will be helping with email marketing, email templating, and other various forms of marketing tasks ie: Hootsuite, Technical Copy, Proofing, etc.

***BUSINESS WRITING***
- Blogging - Candidate should be comfortable with blogging and writing daily. We will help the candidate with topics and marketing calendars so they’re always aware of what’s to be expected and what’s coming next. They should be comfortable with all forms of social media ie: (Facebook, WordPress, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIN, etc.)
- Ghost Writing - This is a direct representation of “blogging.” The candidate should be comfortable with technical copy, enterprise technology, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and be excited about innovation in the technology space and familiar with various forms of blogs and magazines that are in alignment with this type of information.
- Web Content Writing - Candidate should be comfortable with taking on 100-500 word entries and confident with their writing skills and capabilities “based on editorial schedule” to create compelling and unique content, that will help captivate audiences and be actionably focused. Candidate should be familiar with various web platforms ie: (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)

***MARKETING & SALES***
- LinkedIN Marketing - Candidate should be familiar with LinkedIN Adword campaigns and content curation, dedicated to the LinkedIN crowd. We will work with the candidate to help identify the correct targets and topics to execute.
- Video Marketing - Candidate will help with transcribing video content currently in the database as well as new videos that will be created. They will also be confident in their video marketing skills to help with overall placements and marketing initiatives for the video content provided.
- Lead Generation - Candidate should be confident with mining information on specific target parameters provided by Clarity to help fuel prospects into the pipeline.
- Email Marketing - Candidate should be comfortable with various email marketing platforms ie: (Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.) Having basic CSS knowledge is a plus, but not expected as we will work with the candidate to templatize Clarity emails, and emails on our clients’ behalves.
- Web Development - Candidate should have basic knowledge of web development for updates.
