Hello,
This job is for an operations manager and customer service representative for an E-commerce company ( Amazon FBA ).
Knowledge of Amazon interface and experience in similar position is a MUST!
we need assistance with day to day operations.
the responsibility
- daily reports on returns exchanges refunds processed
- FBA shipping creation
- managing contractors
- creating projects for contractors
additional tasks
-responding emails
-helping customers with trouble shooting steps and explaining how to use/set up a product
-processing returns and exchanges
-processing refunds
- reviews management ( public comment on a review and reaching out to the customer )

we are looking for
the job is requiring extensive training and knowledge on the products we sell, all materials would be provided.
candidates would be hired for a trial period after which we would select best candidates for a long lasting position.
