JOB OVERVIEW

POSITION TYPE
Part-time (25 hours per week)
A possibility of full-time (40 hours per week) - will require a high level of written English, to create quality product descriptions.


TIME ZONE
California (GMT-7) Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm
Manila (GMT+8) Tuesday - Saturday 12midnight - 5am


DAILY REPORTING
Simple bullet point e-mail at the end of each day


PROPOSED COMPENSATION
USD$300 (part-time) per month with a review at 6 months
Bonus schedule for monthly targets reached


TASKS AND SKILLS
VA Customer service focused on responding to inbound messages from customers, processing orders and following up on orders with suppliers.
Experience with Amazon (seller central), and Shopify.


GENERAL
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Experience working with spreadsheets

DAILY WORK
Primary
- Replying customer questions on email
- Inbound customer phone call inquiries (1-2 per day)
- Inbound customer messages through live chat (1-2 per day)
- Emailing new orders to suppliers
- Following up on outstanding orders with suppliers
- Attention to detail (reply to this job with ‘Hola Annie,’)
- Handling returns and refunds with customers and suppliers (email and phone)
- Responding to product and customer feedback
- Update sales reports

Secondary
- Product listing layout
- Product description writing
- Basic image editing

WEEKLY WORK
- Creating product orders in Amazon
- Emailing product orders to suppliers
- Send out feedback requests
