The Operations Manager will be responsible for the daily activities of the Manila team with some administrative oversight to the Australia team. She will be accountable in providing leadership for the Philippines Human Resources (Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Training and Exit Management) Finance, Customer Service, Telemarketing and Events
OM provides direction and ensures effective coordination among the different teams to achieve an efficient working environment for the smooth execution of tasks and deadlines are met consistently.

Oprations Manager Responsibilities
Include:
• Works with the CEO to ensure alignment of job responsibilities and duties with the Company’s goals and guidelines.
• Ensures organizational structure, job description and job duties as approved by the CEO are documented and implemented.
• In-charge of job posting and review of CVs in Upgrade to see actual info.
• Conducts interviews; finalizes details with CEO and finalizes hiring of accepted candidates.
• Ensures that New Personnel Onboarding and Training requirements are provided.
• Completes training/s required for the position . Makes changes as necessary.
• Provides Financial Management in the areas of payroll, bookkeeping, production, dispatch of event kits and inventory.
• Works closely with the different teams so that daily work load are completed and deadlines are adhered to consistently.
• Encourages and ensures open communication lines to avoid gaps and issues in the process.
• Checks and certifies Phil team’s forth nightly time sheets on time so that payments are not delayed.
• Work with OM PH 2 to finalize, fully implement and track attendance and leave of employees.
• Creates Performance Management guidelines, KPIs, and performance incentives and activities to improve engagement of personnel.
• Assists OM2 in Performance Management guidelines and requirements.
• Provide guidance and advice to personnel.
• Identifies improvement areas and makes recommendations for efficiency.
• Additional responsibilities as discussed and planned with the CEO.
