UX/UI designer for web and mobile application

I am looking for a UX/UI designer to support me with exploring our users needs and designing mockups/prototypes that our development team can use; there will be many opportunities for the designer to grow in the role. I am looking for a designer that I can partner with for a long time.

Position type: Full time position
Time zone: Normal workday hours
Daily reporting first 30 days: simple bullet point email, daily
Ongoing: Weekly report
Compensation: Negotiable, with opportunity for a raise at 12 months

- Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Tasks
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
- Creating product prototypes
- Developing personas and usage scenarios
- Consulting with clients to understand their goals and explaining research results
- Conducting usability testing
- Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
- Assisting with content development
- Conducting competitor and customer analysis

- Sketch (or similar)
- Google Hangouts
- Adobe Photoshop (or similar)
- Slack (chat)
