We have strong plans for future growth we are looking for motivated staff to join our team and support our growing customer base. That’s where you come in.

This role involves:

Analysing clients’ needs and recommending suitable products
Processing sales (invoicing customers, organising dispatch with our warehouse)
Generating base maps for people (training is included but any experience you have with setting up ECUs and tuning will be a big advantage)
Client help desk (eg pointing people to our technical articles, youtube channel, etc), or telling them directly if we don’t have an article to explain what they want to know
Troubleshooting people’s installations, usually looking by looking at log files, ECU configuration files, etc – and reproducing the situation on the bench with a test system
Sometimes putting in extra hours where needed. We don’t plan to “understaff” and then overwork people, but sometimes if there’s a temporarily higher workload, everyone has to pitch in and help.
The right person will have:

Ideally, a background and interest in modified performance cars (especially Japanese), and bonus points for having a tuning / ECU setup background
Excellent English
Excellent problem solving skills – one of our core values is “encouraging the right way”, which is to use the scientific method.
Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams
Bonus points will be awarded for:

Electrical / electronic design experience (either just schematic / wiring design or PCB layout)
PC Software programming experience
Android / iOS programming experience
Firmware programming experience
ECU / EFI tuning experience
What we can offer:

Competitive salary, in the range of 30 – 40k PHP / month depending on experience
Opportunity to move on to more creative roles, such as designing wiring diagrams for specific applications, designing plug-in ECUs for specific cars, software to help tuners and firmware to expand functionality and performance of our products
Opportunity to design new products, eg vehicle specific looms, mounting brackets etc
Our office is located in Las Pinas with 5 other full time engineers. You will report directly to our Sales and Support Manager in the same office, and also have a weekly online team meeting.
