Marketing Assistant for Real Estate Software Executives

We are seeking one new team member for our real estate software company. Your job would be as an executive assistant to the leadership team, primarily working with our CEO. You’ll be helping to execute marketing campaigns, websites, funnels, Facebook ads, as well as as-needed projects such as online research and travel booking.

Job Description:

-Expected start date: September 1st (can begin training as soon as possible)
-You can work from anywhere, although you must be available on US Eastern time business hours from 9-4PM EST
-30 Hours per week to start
-Compensation: $500-700/month + opportunity to grow into other roles + bonus’s!
-Tasks to include: Scheduling calls and meetings, Setting up our monthly webinars, sending out customer marketing emails, editing Videos and Audio interviews and uploading to YouTube/Facebook, Creating Facebook ads
-Must have experience working with WordPress (creating pages, working with plugins, a great eye for design (but not a designer)
-Must have experience working with ActiveCampaign (or other similar email automation programs)
-Must have experience creating marketing materials and executing marketing related projects (hiring graphics designers, doing market research etc.)
-Must have experience working with entrepreneurs, whose ideas come quickly and require fast action
-Must be self-driven, and able to determine the “how” of project details when given the big picture.
-You will report directly to our CEO
