JOB OVERVIEW

We are an well established E-Commerce company in search of a Graphic Designer for our portfolio companies, Cards For Causes and Socks Rock. The job responsibilities include proofing and preparing art files for print, designing print products and catalogs, and overseeing social media and email marketing design.

The order process requires that the Designer reviews graphics for orders, includes logos and makes changes as necessary, and provides proofs generated from Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Below is a detailed summary of the role:
Prepare art files for each order to ensure guidelines were followed, proofs are approved by customers and sending orders to suppliers.
Review art files in Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop for consistency and aesthetics, and move files between those programs easily to create print-ready files and proofs.
Oversee design of yearly catalogs we develop to mail to potential customers
Oversee and implement monthly email blasts to current customer.

If a candidate has extensive customer service experience, the role may be expanded to include the following:

Oversee the order process from order confirmation to order completion.
Provide customer service via live chat, phone calls, and email communications.
Day to day invoicing.
Manage regular weekly online store updates including product uploads, content, promotions, landing pages, banners, etc.
Social Media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) as required.
Educating and Qualifying new customers by phone
Following up on calls, taking orders over the phone



Job Requirements
Prefer 2 years of design work including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, & InDesign (with a portfolio showing this).
Proven design ability
Proven leadership skills of ecommerce / online projects
Must possess excellent organization/prioritization, problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented.
Excellent command of Native English (written and verbal).
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel) are a plus.
