JOB OVERVIEW

As a Trust and Safety Analyst you will be at the front lines of compliance, fraud prevention and enforcement of ServerHub Policy compliance.

We are looking for a team member who is passionate about the protection and overall success of the our, through management of operational risk under an enterprise risk framework to minimize non-compliance and serious violations of community driven policies developed by management.

Our Platform is a 24x7 non-stop global network, In addition to being a catalyst, the successful candidate will be in charge or aggregating and identifying fraud trends, recommend rule adjustments to minimize future losses and chargeback risk ad will partner with customer support teams to ensure resolve and clarify under the Trust & Safety wing.

This is a Remote Position, with Dallas office positions for local applicants.


What you’ll be doing:

Analyze, Respond and Resolve complaints related to policy violations
(e.g. Spam complaints, Trademark Violations, DMCA requests, Abuse etc)
Review new customer registrations and verify user contact information
Evaluating hosted content to ensure compliance with User Agreement
Analyzing network traffic to identify compromised systems, negate floods and denial of service attacks, and pinpoint excessive resource use.
Maintaining usability of our IP space by ensuring de-listing requests from RBL lists, that prevent the flow of email for our customers.
Ensure all fraud trends are identified and communicated properly
Provide reports to management with compliance trends
Review workflow and respond within SLA times to abuse complaints
Analyze trends related to legal and safety issues
Determining customer eligibility for service limit (SMTP Port Blocks, Server Cap Limit) increases and access to additional product tiers upon request

Requirements:

The ability to identify fraud trends and follow compliance guidelines
Ability to stay calm under pressure in high-stress situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
The ability to perform extensive investigations.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Ability to quickly learn new systems and ability to adapt to rapid changes.
Ability to complete daily and weekly reports of compliance issues
Willingness to work in a 24x7 setting (nights and weekends)
Excellent people skills customer facing and internally
