JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: Full-time status. 5 to 7 Days a week. Your hours are based on the CT Time Zone.

Seeking an INCREDIBLE Customer Service Manager& Personal Assistant to assist us in our developing business.

Our business is in selling home decor, jewelry, shoes! We primarily sell online and we're growing rapidly.

As our Customer Service Manager( and Personal Assistant ), your work will include :

You'll be the helping hand guy or gal to a busy entrepreneur, which entails managing the following:

1) Responding to all customer topics/ concerns over email and our website. You'll become an expert in our products and will be able to help customers with their needs and topics.
2) Create and add product to the store .
3) Create various fan pages on Facebook .
4) Post products to the fan pages .
5) Run weekly reports and will coordinate them for us.
6) Inventory management, ordering product from supplier, product research, etc.
7) Must be open to learning new systems/ tasks to help us in our developing business.

A little about you:
- You must be available to work together on our time zone ( CT ).
- You're very comfortable with tech and can read new systems/ processes speedily .
- You desire providing awesome customer service.
- You're conscientious and hard-working .
- Having experience with Shopify is an advantage

Your experience( Required ):
- Must have customer support experience.
- Must have a positive outlook and be very willing to learn .
- You must be detail-oriented .
