We are an early stage startup business within the e-commerce industry. What drives us is our mission-driven goal where we'd like to help children and humanitarian causes through our business. We are looking for an awesome front-end developer with a great depth of development, design, and UX experience to help our startup grow to the next stage. You will have an ownership in taking part in the end-to-end revamp of the UI/UX of our site to boost the user experience.

As a UX/Front-End Developer, you see yourself as a skilled programmer as well as a creative and on top of the latest industry and cultural trends. You have to be an out of the box and innovative thinker. Your ability to translate complex concepts and ideas into visual representations, including mockups and detailed designs are important trait for this role. You have ideally demonstrated a solid experience in managing projects and facilitating cross functional working groups.

Skill Requirements:
- Must have experience with JavaScript frameworks
- Solid experience with WordPress CRM customisation (developer level, not just drag and drop to install apps, but you can customise it to build any complex application using WordPress).
- Solid HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript prototyping experience or other tools, and also experienced with responsive web design techniques.
- Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, design sketch experience
- Expert understanding of user interface design and user experience strategy
- Experience with A/B Testing
- Some exposure into SCSS and Typescript
- Understanding of site optimisation and device compatibilities
- Passion / Previous experience in E-Commerce is always a plus
- Experience in Backend Development using Java/C#Upgrade to see actual info is a plus.
