Rate: 12,500 peso per month basic salary
Commission: 2 levels of commission, first level when secure booking with Australian staff a commission will be rewarded per booking secured. The second level of commission up to 10% of the 1st month SEO retainers fee (We only work with clients with a month SEO budget of more than $1500 AUD)

We implement our in-house SEO techniques that have proven to help our clients websites rank high for competitive keywords on Google search engine which helps our client generate leads and sales. We specialize in local SEO, currently targeting local Australian businesses in the dental field.
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly efficient and motivated SEO lead generation expert passionate about SEO with excellent SEO knowledge to generate and track leads with our CRM system. The right person will possess excellent research skills that is able to identify high quality leads that fits our criteria list (provided by ACE DM) from different online and offline channels. The right candidate must have excellent verbal English skills, expert knowledge in SEO, passionate about SEO and is very well organized with a great attitude towards people.
Our new hire is someone who works well within a team environment and is able to work independently on their own. As an SEO lead generation expert, you will work closely in the Sales team to help fill up our pipeline with high quality leads to secure a strategy session with our Australian Sales staff.

Responsibilities:
- Use excellent research skills to find high quality prospects by using online and offline channels not limited to search engines, social media platforms, business directories, online Australia radio etc.
- Send cold emails to prospect
- Send SEO video audit of prospect’s website and identify SEO opportunities
- Contact the leads and confidently deliver scripts over the phone to capture the leads’ attention and promote action
- Take care of the cold email campaign and build trust with the leads
- Use lead nurturing strategies to stay connected to the leads
- Follow the project specifications and complete it in a timely manner. No delay.
- Keep the team updated on progress using Pipedrive CRM to update the lead information to report to the team
- Immediately update the project manager, account manager or client when requested to

Qualifications:
- Must have greater than 2 years outbound SEO lead generation experience
- Must have excellent English communications skills, both written and oral
- 1-2 years of SEO experience required
- Advanced research skills
- Knowledge of keyword research
- Knowledge of business citations
- Knowledge of backlinks
- Knowledge of on page SEO

iii) SEO Meta Description
iv) H1, H2, H3, etc.
v) Latent Symantec Index (LSI)
vi) Schema code
vii) Page speed
- Familiar with SEMrush, Ahref and Majestic
- Familiar with screen-recording tools

This is a Work-from-Home Opportunity so the Candidate is Expected to have:
- Personal computer with quality headset and webcam for meetings
