Social Media Manager/Marketing VA

Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager/Marketing VA to manage and grow our online presence. This role requires someone who can plan, create, and execute engaging content across multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing goals
• Create engaging posts, captions, and stories
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build community interaction
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies
• Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and best practices

Content Creation & Creative Tasks
• Develop content including:
o Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
o Graphics and visual assets
o Written captions and storytelling posts
• Write effective scripts and hooks to capture audience attention
• Assist in brand messaging and campaign ideas

Qualifications
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
