Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking individual to help grow our consulting and internet retail business. This person will be a valued team member, not just an employee. We are seeking someone who is ready and willing to learn the business. There is ample room for advancement within the company as our business continues to grow, and eventually you will be managing other team members.
Job Responsibilities:
• Online order fulfillment for eBay and Amazon
• Identifying and analyzing products to potentially sell
• Responsible for writing copy to help describe the product and make it appealing. It must follow a specific format that will be provided.
• Researching (Search Engine Optimization) key terms
• Identifying new suppliers and creating/maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Purchase of products
• Fulfillment of stock from supplier to destination
• Managing any delivery issues that arise and ensuring all queries are fully resolved
• Review pricing and item listings regularly and make and updates as needed
• Create daily and weekly emails and reports for negative feedback, out of stock items, and late shipment orders
• Creating and maintaining tracking and organizational systems for the business.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• Highly organized and motivated individual
• Attention to detail and an ability for working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry
• Inventory Management Skills
• Excellent people skills and customer service skills
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce and sales
• Excellent command of technical English: verbal, written and keyboard skills
• Demonstrate commitment to completion of projects on a timely basis—must be able to document and track tasks that are given
• High internet and online proficiency with basic Internet based programs including browsers, online storage, and video chat programs
• Proficiency in the use of Google Drive
• Experience in a BPO industry
• Experience in Aftermarket Auto Parts and experience using Wordpress highly desirable

This is a full-time, freelance position with a 1-2 month trial period. Monday through Friday 8 working hours per day. Working hours are flexible, the company is based in New York.
