We are looking for an amazing WordPress Support Guru who can handle any WordPress related support issue.
Someone who takes ownership of the problem and fixes it with no fuss.
Someone who can problem solve and work well on their own.
Someone who is a self-starter and can work with the minimum of supervision.
Are you that person?
You must have - AMAZING WordPress skills! I mean AMAZING! - Skills that range from basic wordpress right up to CSS tweaking and PHP debugging.
You must have - AMAZING English Language skills - particularly in written English as you will be dealing directly with our clients.
You should have - Worked on a fast-moving support desk before and any familiarity with support tools like Freshdesk or Zendesk will be a bonus.
You should have an understanding of surrounding marketing technologies the users will often integrate with their WordPress sites - e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Adverts and the Facebook Pixel, Form and call to action plugins, Landing page design
You should be available to start immediately
You should be able to negotiate your own salary - tell us what you are worth and why
You should be willing to work on a trial basis for up to 3 month
You should have great attention to detail and should mention Project CTO in your application to us
You should be flexible and willing to be part of a fast growing business.
