We are a structural engineering consultancy based on the Gold Coast, Australia, specialising in high-end residential and multi-storey projects.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team.
This is a long-term remote role with consistent work.
Responsibilities:
Managing incoming and outgoing email
Preparing and issuing fee proposals/quotes based on provided templates
Issuing invoices and tracking payments
Maintaining project records and filing systems
Assisting with document formatting and reports
Data entry and general administrative support
Requirements:
Strong written English and communication skills
High attention to detail
Previous administrative experience
Ability to follow templates and instructions accurately
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Ability to work during Australian business hours (preferred)
Experience with Xero is essential. WorkflowMax, and/or working with construction/engineering companies will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Important:
This role follows established systems and processes. Training will be provided, however attention to detail and reliability are critical.
Accuracy is essential, particularly when preparing quotes and invoices.
We are looking for someone that is experienced, organised, consistent, and able to work with minimal supervision over time.
