Hands On IT Manager / Web Developer

Working from Home you will be responsible for the end to end management and development of the IT environment across multiple sites. In this hands on technical position, you will play a key role in the IT department within the organisation and be responsible for managing development within a number of projects... Responsibilities,
Run day to day operations of project development
Responsible for end to end development and management of IT projects
Create realistic project estimations and user stories plans
Interview and test potential candidates and submit preferred candidates for approval
Provide leadership, training, support and guidance to a small team of developers and stakeholders
Upgrade existing systems as required
Ownership and continuous improvement of IT processes
Oversee time management of developers through time management software
Task creation and task allocation
Oversee security and back ups
Oversee quality assurance and upload to live
Managing all software – making sure they are all up to date and operating efficiently
Maintain healthy relationships
Reporting to & updating stakeholders
Web development Back & Front End
Daily Reports to upper managers

The ideal candidate,
Be able to Speak fluent english and exceptional English writing skills
Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar qualification
Can work Monday - Friday starting am Philippines time
6 + Years of Experience in Web Development

Experience working with SAAS systems
Experienced with Symfony and or Laravel, MySql, php7, html5, css3, javascript, Ajax, iframe
Previously worked with APIs
.net experience will be highly regarded
Familiar with Jira and Bitbucket Repository
Can do video conferencing at times
Be pro active, multi task & enjoy working in a varied role
Have experience with setup & management of servers / Cpanel
Have a constant fast internet connection
Be comfortable working towards tight deadlines and unsupervised
Be able to use time management software, As it is the main tool for time in and out each day
Have an easy going open-minded approach
Uphold terms of confidentiality agreements
A can do and positive attitude
Be able to work with different people with different backgrounds
Be focused and hardworking
Be a EASY GOING HAPPY team player, reliable, honest & problem solver
Track record with IT project management and stakeholder engagement
