Need Skilled and Experienced Full Time Real Estate Research Assistant

We are an established Real Estate company in the United States (Los Angeles) and have been in business for over 35 years. We specialize in the sale of vacant land properties in the United States.

We're looking for someone with past experience working in real estate that we can train and build a long term working relationship with.

This job would require someone with excellent organizational skills and someone who is very detail-oriented. We're looking for someone with significant experience with real estate research in the US. Most of the work can be done on your own schedule with only a few tasks that may require working on US time zones.

Skills Required
-2+ years of work experience related Real Estate work experience.
-Fluent English
-Basic Photoshop Skills
-Excel

The scope of Work:

Real Estate Research
-Acquire data from online government GIS and assessor websites.
-Acquire basic property information from county assessor offices.
-Acquire zoning information from county planning departments.
-Acquire plat maps and real estate documents from county recorder offices.
-Acquire HOA information from property owner’s associations.

Lead Generation
-Manage outreach to investors and help build a contact list for potential buyers.
-Help promote new listings to local investors and local real estate professionals.

Help Acquire Real Estate Photography
-Post ads to classified ads to find photographers on craigslist
-Coordinate with freelance photographers
-Contact local real estate professionals to inquire about local photographer

Help Post New Listings
-Create listings on our website.
-Post listings on classified websites. (Craigslist, Backpage, Etc.)
-Email new property listings to our email lists.

Manage inventory and records
-File documents and organize dropbox folders.
-Update records in Zoho.
-Make sure new properties are listed.
-Add property research information into Zoho.


We will be hiring on a paid trial basis to start out to evaluate prospects and make sure we find the right fit.
