Appointment Setter/ Telemarketing Sales Representative Needed Immediately

We are looking for Experienced Sales/Appointment Setters!

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Sales Representative to prospect on the phone to set appointments for Insurance Company. We have more leads than we can handle and need devoted Team Member to call, prospect, and convert into buyer for our agents.

You will use your exceptional phone skills, sales skills and relationship-building ability to set appointments for our licensed agents.

There is room for possible advancement and career growth within the Team as we grow into needing someone to fill an Insurance Agent role.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and growing the Team's client base through phone call converting leads into appointments for our licensed agents to convert into clients.
- Achieving productivity goals, appointment setting goals, and revenue goals while responding efficiently to sales leads and setting outbound listing appointments for the insurance agent with potential client prospects.
-Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
-Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling appointments with potential clients
-Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with licensed agents
-Ability to follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
-Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to licensed agents

Qualifications:
- Has strong sales experience, preferably telephone-based
- Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Background in sales/marketing/customer service
- Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
- Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
