Technical Business Analyst – Healthcare AI

About the Role

We are building an AI-powered healthcare platform that creates a Patient 360° view by integrating data from hospitals, labs, imaging systems, and patient inputs.

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst (BA) with healthcare experience to help translate clinical and data requirements into scalable product features.

You will work closely with:
Product leaders
Engineering teams
Healthcare stakeholders

Requirements & Product
Gather and document business and system requirements
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
Support development of Patient 360 features

Healthcare Data & Integration
Work with:
FHIR / HL7 data
Lab and diagnostic data
Medication and pharmacy data
Help map data into a unified (canonical) model

AI-Enabled Features
Support requirements for:
Lab trend insights
Drug interaction awareness
Imaging insights (X-ray, MRI)
Ensure features stay within safe, non-diagnostic boundaries

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with clinicians, product managers, and engineers
Translate healthcare workflows into technical specs
Documentation
Create:
BRDs / FRDs
Data flow diagrams
API specs
Workflow diagrams

Requirements
Must-Have
1–3+ years as a Business Analyst
Experience in healthcare projects (provider, payer, or health tech)
Familiarity with:
FHIR or HL7
APIs and system integrations
Strong documentation and communication skills

Good to Have
Experience with:
Healthcare SaaS or startups
AI/ML or data-driven systems

Exposure to:
Lab systems, EHRs, or imaging workflows
