JOB OVERVIEW

We are USA based construction company and looking for an expert Quickbooks Online Book Keeper to perform a variety of accounting duties requiring a general knowledge of most areas. This position is responsible for performing general accounting and payroll functions and preparing financial statements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
QuickBooks Online and Quickbooks Payroll expert is a must (Please do not apply unless you are Quickbooks Online expert)
4+ years experience in your studies and general accounting functions
Knowledge in General Tax preparation is a plus
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Remote working experience with another USA based construction companies in this capacity is a plus
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to details
Ability to work with minimal supervision and complete projects in a timely manner
Suitable telephone manners and strong knowledge in VOIP call operations
Available and has enough hours to work between 8:00PM to 5:00AM Philippine Time

WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS
Reliable PC and Internet connection
Reliable Headset and Camera ready for interview, e-meetings and trainings

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Monthly reconciliations for credit cards, merchant accounts, insurances and bank statements
Preparing monthly financial statements/reports for the Executives
Payroll (reviewing, filing reports)
You may be required to communicate with our clients and vendors via email or phone call
