I am looking for a personal assistant / business manager / bookkeeper who is extremely skilled, experienced, hard working ,creative, and extremely motive to come work with us to help grow our business.
I am the owner of a small but growing Audio Video Electronics distributor business based in the USA.
Almost all of our business is run remotely online and our products are shipped directly from our manufacture in China or from one of our Fulfillment centers in the USA directly to our customer all over the world.
You should be 100% fluent in English and have the ability to talk to customers over the phone if needed.
Previous experience is required and as well as degree in Business Management and or Bookeeping / Accounting.
This will be a part time to fulltime position depending availability and workload. You should be available to work for a portion of the day between 5am PST to 8pm PST.

Responsibilities
• General personal assistant
• Monthly Income/ Expenses Reports
• Manage inventory levels & keep track of profit / loss for each product
• Assist will new orders
• Keep tracking of year beginning and yearend inventory levels
• Manage payables
• Manage refunds
• Help organize business finances
• Pre-pare for yearly taxes
• Manage forms and filings for taxes
• Talk to our accountant for any tax issues
• Manage investor repayments and monthly reports
• Research and create new and better system to help run business
• Document, create written and video tutorials, of all your duties and responsibilities to train future employees.
