JOB OVERVIEW

We are a 7 years eCommerce company based in the north of Boston, USA. We do online retailer business, most of our products are consumer Upgrade to see actual infow we are looking for some virtual assistants to help us in our daily work. For the first 3 months, we consider as an internship, we will give you full training and the salary will be $350.00/month, pay twice a month.

After internship we can offer you $400.00 -$600.00/month depends on what you can do. The monthly examination will be applied to see whether you meet our requirements or not.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Create product data entry or web content; (BASIC)
2. Collect media (picture/video) related to our products; (BASIC)
3. Work on media editing and collecting tasks, upload material (pictures/videos) on to the website; (BASIC)
4. Editing and proofreading product web contents by colleagues or freelancers; (BASIC)
5. Photo edit and design; (BASIC)
6. Monitor overstock products and make sure they are listed for sale; (BASIC)
7. Work with the team to set up sales strategy for slow-selling or used items; (*ADVANCED)
8. Researching, writing and presenting content in ways that appeal to the website target audience; (*ADVANCED)
9. Research the market competitors, keep our sales competitive and rein-stock products; (*ADVANCED)
10. Optimize the product data (listings or web contents) (*ADVANCED)
11. Monitor the revenue of the marketing platform; set up consistent grow goal; (*ADVANCED)

BASIC requirements:
1. Superior communication skills and great work ethic;
2. Feel comfortable follow our work schedule (9:00 am to 6:00 pm New York Time);
3. Good working level personal computer (Dual Monitors would be recommended) and Legitimate high-speed home internet access, stable connection and access to our platforms;
4. Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively, reply in time, stand by and be ready for the task during work hours;
5. Excellent time management and administrative skills;
6. Great attention to details;
7. Be conscientious, keep a professional and positive working attitude, maintain the quality of work;
8. Ability to create, implement and manage processes to achieve set outcomes;
9. Willingness to learn, ability to adapt and apply new concepts and methods;
10. ADVANCED Excel, Google sheet and MS Office skills.
11. Familiarity with e-commerce working environment and have an above-average working level typing ability.

Good to have:
1. Product research ability, familiarity with consumer electronic products, interested in laptops, gaming consoles or kitchen appliances;
2. Lister experience on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.;
3. Adobe Photoshop experience;
4. Other eCommerce industry virtual assistant related experience;
5. Strong problem-solving ability and self-motivation;
