ACE is a results-driven Search Engine Optimization (SEO) company located in the heart of Sydney CBD, Australia. We implement our in-house SEO techniques that have proven to help our clients websites rank high for competitive keywords on Google search engine. We specialize in local SEO, currently targeting local Australian businesses in the medical field.

We will require the candidate to submit a screenshot of a sample past campaign with a description of what they did exactly in that campaign and the results they got. This should show the issues at hand, the solutions considered, the plan/tactics used to bring the ideas to fruition. The campaign should also show the roadblocks hit if any and what you did to hurdle theses issues. And lastly, you should show what the outcome of the campaign was and what deliverables were there at the end of the campaign.
We are looking for some one with grit, passion and the know-how to bring ideas from the table to actions to results. We want someone who has the forward thinking ability to know what exactly is needed for campaigns with different objectives. We are a fun family who love to mix work and play so don’t be intimidated by the requirements, we’re sure you’re good at what you do.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage
• Create and manage budgets for all campaigns (Including retargeting)
• Briefing our creative teams and developing campaign creative output
• Monitoring and optimizing online campaigns
• Build out and implement media plans with the necessary analytics to assess the impact of our campaigns on driving business objectives
• Work seamlessly with internal and external teams such as creative agencies to bring campaigns to market successfully.
Key measures of success:
• Optimizing campaigns to maximize efficiency and performance of key metrics
• Campaign performance against target KPI’s
• Increasing profit margins on campaigns
Qualifications:
• Bachelors in Marketing, advanced degree a plus
• Must have at least three to five years of digital marketing experience.
• Expertise with
• Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies and optimization practices
• Experience working with ad heavy applications such as video, mobile and social
• Experience with online ad concepts such as CPM, CPA, RTB, ROI
• Experience in content marketing and social media marketing, with knowledge of monetizing digital content
• Effective writing and grammatical/punctuation skills
• Ability to have a big picture view while executing and managing details
• Impeccable written and oral communications skills
• Sharp eye for detail and proven project management skills
• Ability to evaluate new ad platforms and tools to better support client needs
• Keen in mathematical concepts relevant to media planning and purchasing
• Critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other relevant reporting tools
