Full Time Experienced Programmer / Developer Wanted

We are looking for a full time experienced web app/SAAS developer to work with our team to develop, launch, and maintain, a web app that we are looking to have developed. Must be a fluent coder with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Java, and PHP.

The ideal candidate must not require hand-holding and must be able to understand their responsibility and time lines. Candidate must also be fluent in English.
