PART TIME/TRIAL - AI Video Editor – CapCut & HeyGen

We are looking for a fast, reliable Video Editor to join Regenerative Futures. Regenerative Futures is a high-growth AI RevOps and marketing management agency scaling to the next level. We provide the scripts, the AI tools (HeyGen), and the workflow. You provide the creative execution and speed.

The Role:
Edit 7-12 Reels per week in Heygen Video Agent/Capcut (Captions, B-roll, Client Style).
Generate AI Avatars using HeyGen (we provide the account).

Requirements:
Speed: 24-48 hour turnaround time (Mon-Fri).
Viral Eye: Proven experience creating videos with 2,500+ views (please provide links).
AI Familiarity: You must be comfortable using AI tools and have experience in HeyGen to speed up workflow, not replace creative quality.
Coachable: If no experience in heygen, be coachable and improve with feedback quickly

Your Stack:

HeyGen
CapCut
Metricool: Scheduling and basic analytics tracking.
Google Drive: Asset management.
We also use notion for our client's research and scripts for status and reference.

Compensation:

$6 per Short Form Video (Shorts/Reels/TikTok).
$25 per Long Form Video (YouTube).
Opportunity to move to Full-Time Salary ($500-$800/mo) as we scale.
We want loyalty, speed, and familiarity before we move to full time.
