Integration Specialist

Must be available to work U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
The contract will be managed through Deel, and work will be tracked using Hubstaff.

Position Summary

We are seeking an Integration Specialist to maintain and improve the integrations connecting our e-commerce sales channels, ERP, and fulfillment partners. You will act as the first line of defense, monitoring issues, triaging errors, and resolving problems before they impact operations.

What You'll Do

Monitor integrations across e-commerce and ERP systems for errors, failures, and data gaps.
Triage and resolve integration errors, escalating when necessary.
Perform configuration and mapping updates in our iPaaS platform, including sandbox testing and production deployment.
Review reconciliation reports and resolve discrepancies to keep order data accurate.
Identify recurring failure patterns and implement preventative fixes.
Support custom API based integrations and participate in regular team syncs.

What We're Looking For

Must have:

Strong understanding of integrations, including data mapping, field transformations, error handling, and flow logic.
Hands on experience with REST APIs and webhooks; comfortable reading API documentation and debugging requests.
Proven troubleshooting ability; follow records across systems, identify failures, and resolve them.
Ability to manage multiple open issues and prioritize effectively.
Comfortable working independently, documenting work clearly, and communicating with a remote team.

Nice to have:

Experience with an iPaaS platform such as Celigo.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or ERP systems.
Experience with sandbox to production deployment workflows.
Basic scripting skills, JavaScript or Python, for debugging or extending integration logic.
